I find the South Pasadena Senior Center staff to be very helpful. The center is always very clean and the seniors inside are engaged and enjoying themselves.

We recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the South Pasadena Senior Center. I called inquiring about services related to hearing aid needs for my father who is here for vacation. Instead of offering assistance, the center merely provided the contact number of their partner provider, leaving us to handle the situation on our own. Additionally, when my father visited in person to explore potential activities, he found the staff unhelpful. They provided limited information and insisted on membership before offering any meaningful details. This lack of accommodation for non-members and the minimal assistance provided was disappointing and left my senior father feeling frustrated.
Name wasn't on the list, even though submitted yesterday. Drove for nothing. Incompetent.
I went to the library very nice I was looking at the CDs big selection big selection of movies plenty of disabled parking very nice people
Nice staff, spacious, there seems 2 b a lot of activities when I'm passing by. A free shredding service 4 seniors.
