My mom was in hospice at Soundview. Ruby and Larry took the best care of her. They are so thoughtful and caring. They see each individual and have a deep understanding of how to treat people with kindness, love, and respect. Their experience with all kinds of health issues is obvious. The people (as well as the view) are spectacular. In addition to Mom, they greatly supported our whole family. They have my deep gratitude, always.

My Grandma lived at Sound View Care center for the last couple years of her life. I want to thank the staff there for making those last couple years so wonderful for her. Also for all of us when we would come visit. The facility is gorgeous with the most amazing views of the Puget Sound. My grandma loved taking in the breathtaking views. The owners and staff were always so kind to me when I would visit and my grandma always had great things to say about them. Especially Louis! She adored him. So if you are looking for a place to put your loved one then I would highly recommend Sound View Care.
I am a RN who has provided Nurse Delegation Services to Soundview Care Center for over 10 years. The owners, Ruby and Larry, are very caring and competent individuals who provide a warm and beautiful home to the residents who reside there. I encourage family members of potential residents take a look at this caring home and I am sure you will agree that it is a gem!
My brother was taken care of at Soundview for about a year and a half. I cannot say enough good about the care he received there. The owners were always sensitive about his needs and several times they went out of their way to make sure his meds were correct. My husband and I both deeply appreciate the kindness and attention to detail the owners always gave him.
My experience at this place is horrible. And maybe that is an understatment. They should be ashamed of themselves. Getting sad when a patient doesnt want to live there anymore and then neglecting and borderline abusing them. I will be calling malpractice law offices. This place is a scam and should not be a spot you put your love one. They are a drama filled, not up to code business, If you want to call it that. They don't deserve your money and they dont even deserve one star, but i had to post one to even get the word out there. There needs to be justice for elderly people. They don't need to be taken advantage of. They still have brains and feelings even if they cant show it all the way. I never ever write or review places because I get people have bad days. But if your in the customer service/ hospitality industry then you seriously suck it up and they couldnt and made a bad name for them selves.
