This is a mobile home park built in the 1980s. So, the majority of the mobile homes are from the 80s. They charge a huge amount for space rent. Haven't checked how much it was for about five years but I imagine it's close to a thousand a month now. They do have a very nice club house that they rent out for local events.
My step mom lives there has a nice Community Center very quiet and clean
Great retirement community. Close to hospital and shopping as well as restaurants.
Great place clean lots to do
