Divine intervention locating Sonata in Boynton Beach, Florida. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jeremy, my boyfriend and I completely fell in love with. He explains everything in depth, how they have all levels of care for your loved one, the expectations, and provided a tour of the beautiful location. My mother who has dementia would be afforded the luxury of beginning at assisted living and eventually moving to their all women's dementia unit (specialized to this location) once her disease progressed. Having all levels of care within their cute, quaint and clean establishment brings a lot of peace of mind. The staff there is hands down the most collaborative and willing to cater to each of the tenants. This place you're more than a number and they are like family. Cannot thank Jeremy and the team enough!

My husband has been in memory care at Sonata Boynton Beach for the past 8 months. The staff are so loving and caring . Jeremy the executive director is wonderful, kind and has the biggest heart!! He got me through the first few weeks that my husband was there! I couldn’t have done it without him, I was always crying and wondering if I did the right thing ! I could call him any time and he was always so comforting! He would also call to tell me how my husband was doing ,which gave me peace of mind! I visited many other fancier places ( they were more for independent and assisted living. Their memory care was just long hallways with residents rooms, no big living rooms like Sonata). As soon as I walked into Sonata in Boynton , it felt like a home! They have large living rooms where the residents congregate. They have exercise and gaming activities in the morning and entertainment almost every afternoon. They also have culinary demonstrations and bus trips! Their courtyards are beautiful and shaded with trees. My husband is in a memory care building that is mostly men. There is also a building for just women. I visit my husband every afternoon and I can feel the love always! Maria and TJ are the new activity directors! I thought that I would miss the old ones that left for a fancier place, but with Maria, it has only gotten much, much better! She is a godsend with unlimited knowledge and energy!!! Just for your added information; they have generators and hurricane windows and doors. When we had the last hurricane scare, they had extra staff stay over and sleep there during the night, just in case they would be needed! Keep Sonata Boynton on your list, I looked at 11 different places before I made my decision! It was the hardest thing that I ever did but I do know that it was the right one!!!!
The staff at Sonata Boynton Beach is absolutely AMAZING! On several occasions, Erica (the Lifestyle Director), Lindsay (the Memory Care Director), and several of the wonderful nurses at Sonata have brought groups of Sonata residents to our art studio (ArtSea Living) in Boynton Beach to paint pottery. Each time, I am blown away by the level of compassion and care the staff show toward their residents. They go above and beyond to ensure that each resident, regardless of their memory care needs, has a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Some of the residents had a dedicated nurse who sat with them and assisted them throughout the entire activity, helping them paint and making sure they were comfortable and engaged with their artwork. Other residents, who were more independent, were given the freedom to be creative on their own. Yet, even those who could work independently still received much care and support from the staff, ensuring they felt encouraged and had a smile on their face.... Making sure they had some good ol' FUN! What truly stands out is the personalized attention they give to each senior. I could tell they really KNOW the unique needs of every resident. The warmth and familial atmosphere they create is heartwarming and speaks volumes about their dedication to the well-being of their residents. Erica and Lindsay treated everyone like they were a true member of their own family. It honestly brought a happy tear to my eye to see that there are still people out there that really, truly CARE! Which sadly, is something I question from time to time. I cannot recommend Sonata Boynton Beach highly enough. From what I have seen.... If you are looking for a place where your loved ones will be treated with the utmost respect and care, this is the place! These are the people! ---Sami @ ArtSea Living
This is the place you dream of finding. It’s better than we could have hoped for. After a bad experience at another facility, we moved my mom to Sonata Boynton Beach, and it has been a night-and-day difference. The team has been so kind, loving, and patient—not just with her, but with all of us! When they say they’ve cultivated a home-like atmosphere, it’s not just a sales pitch—they truly have. The staff is incredible. You can see the genuine affection they have for the residents, and that warmth makes all the difference. We just wanted a place where my mom would be safe, clean, and well cared for—but finding her in such a supportive and loving community has been an unexpected blessing. To Jeremy Ganisin, the Executive Director, Marsha Robinson, the Head of Nursing, Chef François, and the entire team—our family extends our deepest gratitude. Your professionalism, kindness, and well-organized approach give us peace of mind every day. Thank you for creating such a safe, warm, and caring home for our mom.
Everytime I visit there, I can see that the elderly are being well taken care of! The caregivers are always finding ways to entertain the residents and brighten their day! They all love Erica, one of the caregivers, who works hard to make sure their stay is pleasurable and enjoyable!
