My mom has been rehabilitating here for just about two weeks now. The nursing staff has been attentive and caring. The therapy staff is providing just the right amount of challenging activities and exercises while showing her kindness and care. Her room is private which is a huge bonus. It is kept clean and orderly. There were a few kinks upon admission (an oxygen concentrator that kept beeping, ordering of medication, and such) however the staff worked to reconcile all issues properly and ASAP. We are quite pleased thus far.

Very happy with the care, rehabilitation, and focus provided at the facility for my father. Since arriving, he has made steady progress on his recovery from hip surgery. Appreciatve to the overall staff, Physical therapists, Nursing and Administration. Special recognition to Debra Cook for all of her help in transitioning my father to her team's care and for all of her support and guidance. Thank you.

Facility front desk is Kind. The building it self is clean. Rooms clean. Most staff are polite. Over all it's ok taking care of patients
This place is disgraceful. The majority of the staff treats your loved ones like garbage. Left in their own fecal matter! not changing sheets. not cleaning up after them!! Nurses sleep on shift! Staff was getting high in the parking lot. The management have no control. Even TELLING STAFF to AVOID patients' rooms. STAY AWAY!!!
