I took my grandfather to this nursing home. It took me a long time to find the right place for him where I don't have to worry about his condition while I'm at work. And finally I found her! Friendly, attentive staff who respond with understanding to people of advanced age and their peculiarities. Qualified medical care is available there in a timely manner. Leisure activities for old people are also organized there. This is of course thanks to the entire staff. The building may not be new, but it is very cozy. The atmosphere is benevolent, as if you were completely at home. All staff are very accommodating and always ready to help both residents and relatives. Thank you for existing!

My grandmother lived in the Solms home for two years. She was previously in another care facility. In the Solms home she visibly blossomed and felt very comfortable. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. When her health got worse and worse, the communication with us as relatives was always exemplary.
For the horrendous sum of almost 2200 euros you can get... very unfriendly staff, poor hygienic conditions, less employment for the residents than promised and not particularly good food in small portions. In the two years that I visited this home, it felt like the management of the home changed every six months, which also applied to the nursing staff. Hardly anyone could be reached by phone, there was no cleaning at all on weekends, sometimes. Residents rang the bell for hours before anyone came, relatives' belongings were locked away, equipment was broken for two years and was not repaired (see pictures), etc. Do your relatives a favor and don't put them there. Now we pay 800 euros less and there is a dementia group every day, you always meet staff and they are always friendly, the food is tasty and sufficient and the whole home and room smells pleasant and fresh, as they also clean on weekends and on public holidays!
I always find it a great atmosphere here, nice event for residents, you always get free parking spaces. Located centrally, it is worth a visit. ☕🍮🍰
I find it very positive that the home management makes an effort to clarify the situation in the case of negative reviews.
