My grandmother has stayed at this facility for several years and we have never felt more confident about her safety than we do here at Solaris. The staff is very communicative about the status of my grandmother and everyone is extremely friendly. Any concerns I have had were immediately addressed by the DON and the Admin. I would recommend Solaris to anyone who is looking for top tier customer service and excellent care from both the CNA's and RN's. Wonderful experience!

The staff did not take care of my Mom whenever she needed them to. It took forever for a CNA to come in her room. The only nurse that really took care of her was Sophie.. I would not recommend this Rehab to anyone..The facility is old and not very clean.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. We're set to move in on a specific date and literally a week before we were to move in they informed us that the apartment wasn't going to be ready, some lame exuse which was a total fabrication and they just wanted more money for the apartment. Ellie should be fired on the spot and Katie was just as useless as well, along with the manager Danyell, don't know exactly what that lady does on a daily basis. Stay far away from this place, much better, cheaper and nice apartments around, especially since the apartments are way over priced and dirty and old too.
My grandmother was transferred to this rehab center after suffering a hip fracture. Having visited her at other facilities before, I was initially nervous about placing her back into a nursing home for therapy. However, this facility quickly put my mind at ease and changed my perspective. I had the opportunity to tour the center before her admission, with Garla guiding me through the process. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my grandmother’s care. Both Garla and Renae were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The rehab therapists kept me informed of my grandmother’s progress, and Sislyn, her CNA, was attentive and delightful. My grandmother received excellent care, and the staff always communicated any changes in her condition.
I truly appreciate how clean and welcoming this facility is. Cute little coffee bar when you walk in. Everyone greets you with a smile when walking through the halls. Smells great compared to other facilities I’ve been to
