We brought our mom here a week ago and I can tell you I was worried that she wouldn’t thrive cause she’s not a social butterfly and has alzheimers. The staff has been amazing, the food has been amazing. She has made friends and she has enjoyed her time. She seems content and happy. All of the staff know every resident by name and treat them with respect and kindness. There hasn’t been a day I have walked in here (and I do every morning) that I wasn’t met with smiles and good mornings. The residents here all tell me they have enjoyed their time here and are engaged. They always have activities and have the churches come in for prayer and bible study. I could go on and on but I am so happy we chose this place over the others! 10 out of 10 recommend if you are looking for a place for your family to age in place! 🥰

What a wonderful experience it's been having my Mom reside at Sodalis Jacksonville. The entire community including the resident rooms are thoughtfully designed and offer many well appointed common areas. They have lots of activities daily for the residents and have frequent, fun evening or weekend events and include inviting the resident's families & friends. From the executive director to the housekeeping staff, everyone is patient, kind, attentive & always smiling. Everyone treats the residents with respect and compassion. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for, valued & like they're all a part of the amazing Sodalis family. Mom has told me that the daily meals make her feel like she's eating at a 5-star restaurant at every meal. I truly feel the care and attention provided by all employees at Sodalis Jacksonville, is beyond exceptional and I toured several other ALF's prior to making a decision on finding the best care for Mom. After our initial tour, Mom & I knew immediately that Sodalis was the best community for her. Mom is so happy living there and has thrived since moving to Sodalis Jacksonville. I couldn't be happier for her & our family. I'm deeply grateful for everything they do for Mom and every resident. They took great care of my grandmother and were really sweet. It was always clean and smelled good. Would highly recommend this place for anyone with elderly family members! They also have cool birds.
From my very first encounter during the Sodalis interview process I was confident that Mom would be in very good hands. From initial admittance to regular assistance and eventually full assistance during almost two years with Sodalis Mom and I never once suffered any bad experience. After 93 years of living on her own my mother decided she needed a bit more help day to day. My sister and I began looking for a great place for her. After visiting several Centers around Jacksonville we found Sodalis. The one major difference was the concern for the residence and the longevity of the key employees. Especially Perry Slater the sales director. He describes the facility like family. The staff has been attentive and caring, just as promised. Keep up the great work your team provides!
