We recently lost my mother in law who passed away on the 11th floor on September 7th. The newest manager, Heidi actually changed the date of her passing just to keep 3 extra weeks of her security deposit. The new manager, Heidi Dunn was dishonest about giving the security deposit back to both me and my husband. She greatly lacked compassion and lacked professionalism. I could not believe the way she was speaking to my husband during his time of mourning. Very non compassionate, rude, aggressive, brash and abrupt. I would never subject another family member or friend to this establishment. I would particularly detour anyone elderly from living here and getting taken advantage of by this manager so she can make a quick buck. The only reason I gave one star is because there is no place here for zero of them. Do not subject anyone elderly or any person who could easily get taken advantage of to this establishment.This is my opinion and my personal experience. Thank you.

I just got yelled at for driving irresponsibly. By the service coordinator of the building. And she didn't even let me explain why I did what I did. So I want to explain it on here and get people opinion on it. My father was being discharged from the hospital when he fell. I being the oldest and most responsible one out of their children rushed to the hospital to help pick him up and put him in the van. And as I'm helping my dad get into the wheelchair I get yelled at for driving irresponsibly, and I wasn't given a chance to explain myself.
