Not a trust worthy place. Say they put money on your card. No money. Dec 13th money was suppose to be on cards Dec 2nd. Still missing money from June. Junes is missing because they said my daughter had so much money. But they needed her June money to pay for medication. That was money was suppose to go to her. Never return calls. Mondays they don’t answer phones. Friday by appointment only. So they are only there to help you 3 days a week. No a friendly business for their clients,

Got the chance to work with Molly. She was very informative and helped in all areas, especially breaking down information to be understood better by my little sister who is special needs and receives services threw smiles‼️I would highly recommend‼️
Wost experience ever. Say you qualify for their services. When you call they have no help and won't even let you talk to a supervisor. Wouldn't recommend them ever at this point. Mankato Minnesota office.
The only criticism i can justly level against SMILES is that their computers for public use here have an awful lot of problems — but even so, they've been a lifesaver for me a few times when i didn't otherwise have access to the internet at all. That is, however, a minor concern when weighed in the balance against thd tremendous good they do for people. I have been fortunate enough to see the people who work there come together and work as a team to help a friend whose needs at the time were both extremely serious and urgent. It should be enough to say that what they accomplished was highly effective in helping him break out of a very bad situation — which it certainly was — but doing so would come nowhere close to conveying the palpable inspiration i felt in that conference room with *everybody* focused, singlemindedly, on helping my friend: in turn helping *him* to focus on his own needs, rather than meaningless distractions, which were rife. Even facing multiple challenges, all at once, each one of which deserves a person's undivided attention, they made things come together beautifully. I'm very glad, indeed, that SMILES is there, serving the purposes it does in our community.
