I’m not a fan of high-rises. I am an owner of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit for the past year. I am very pleased with the management here. The security at the desk is consistent, professional, friendly and helpful. I posted pictures of the building and the size of these floor plans are amazing. The end units are the largest.

We’ve lived here almost a year now. First, it is rare to find the square footage we have in our unit (~2k) under $1.5M in this area. Second, views from 17th floor are amazing. Third, new management is very polite and they care about the residents. We’ve had several situations that requires their attention and each time they have followed through and ensured we were taken care of. Fourth, people of all ages, genders, cultures live here. 95% of the residents are friendly! The other 5% are a little grumpy and can equally be found in all neighborhoods around the world ;). Fifth, condo fees are well spent. The building is in great shape, parking garage is well maintained, amenities are great for my family, new technologies have been installed for ease of communication, etc etc. Finally, the location is amazing! We are 15mins from everything in the beltway.
Enjoying here so far. The residents are friendly and the front desk is very helpful. The environment is pleasant.
Building is clean. Metro bus is very close. Maintenance is amazing they respond quickly and much cheaper than any handyman! Close to everything and you cant beat prices there.
This would’ve been 4.5 star if it wasn’t for the parking issue. If you have multiple cars or have multiple people in condo who each have cars you will have issues with parking. There is one spot available per condo and if you try to get more, you’ll be told that you have to rent it from others, which hikes up the price of each spot. Even with that option, not many people are leasing their spots as the tenants in my condo have been having issues since we moved here to try to find spots. There is never any street parking available and if you try to park in a guest spot, you get threatened with risk of getting your car towed. They basically expect you to figure out parking on your own, but I’m not sure how that is possible when there are no available spots. Management really needs to look into having more affordable options and available parking for tenants
