My mother-in-law moved into this nursing home in December 2023. From day one, she was lovingly cared for. After a year, we can say that choosing this facility was absolutely the right one. The food is excellent. A daily program is offered (singing, crafts, reading, etc.). It's a manageable size, so it exudes a certain sense of calm, which also benefits the residents. The staff is always very friendly and willing to listen to questions and suggestions. Since we also visit other nursing facilities privately, we can easily compare. Our conclusion: The Kinzigtal Senior Residence is our number 1.
Thank you to everyone who helped ensure that my mother was well cared for through short-term care. The entire staff - from the caretaker to the nursing staff, kitchen and administration - are very nice, competent, have an open ear and support the residents with a lot of empathy. I am very pleased about this commitment and would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. I knew my mother was in the best hands.
As fate would have it, only a short time after my father-in-law was allowed to spend his final years in this house, my mother also found care here at short notice during a critical time for her health. I would like to thank the management/administration for the easy reception and flexibility. I was already able to convince myself of the loving care and the beautiful retirement home. But the greatest relief and joy for us relatives were her words after just a few days: “I feel comfortable here.”
I had my/our father admitted to the retirement home - and I can only say this to all the relatives. If you want your relatives to have very good accommodation and to be treated with love and dignity, then I can only recommend the Kinzigtal Residence. You can just tell that the nurses and residents there are people, the old people are treated humanely and the nurses have their hearts in the right place. This difficult journey of “giving up” your father... Thank you, dear employees - you made it easier for me/us. And our father feels good! It doesn't get any better.
