My father had an incredible support staff during his stay here, including the nurses, the admins, the PA, and the CNAs, whose compassion and attentiveness gave my father such a strong sense of security. They truly made him feel seen and cared for, and that made all the difference. The therapists who worked with my father were lovingly firm with him, urging him when needed, but always with kindness and respect. They gave him the tools he needs to continue on his journey to recovery, and I am incredibly grateful for that. The administrative team did a remarkable job with a lightning-fast discharge process, above and beyond to ensure that everything was in place for his next steps, helping him transition smoothly into his new assisted living community. Thank you, Simpsonville Rehab, for everything!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. No odor and unit was very clean. Very impressed with Ashley, the Unit nurse,.The CNA said this ( 1/17/25) was her first day and she was such a sweet, kind and very helpful young lady. So glad to see the progress therapy was making with the patient I was visiting.
Hello. My name is Doug suttle. My mother had broken her hip and needed rehab to get back walking again on her own. The couple of days we was there, things seemed to be going ok until she got this black eye that nobody can tell.me what happened. One of the admistrator had told me that due to her being nervous and shaking, that it was very possible that she could have hit her ownself in the eye. REALLY!!!! this place has been around for awhile and has even changed hands a few times and this is the best answer that came from her mouth. When you see things like this that has happened to your loved ones. You seem.to always assume things and trying to figure out what excatly happened, but we will never know. On top of that, mom gad got sick there and was sent to the hospital by my request. She had pneumonia and sepsis that put her in icu for a few days. My mom is still.in the hospital and and gettimg better everday. Im very thankful that mom is getting better and on the road to recovery.
My wife was a patient twice. First for rehab from broken femur. Second time for hospice where she passed away. In both times, personnel at all levels were courteous, friendly, competent. My wife had excellent care. Rehab area has excellent equipment and experienced personnel. At no time did I smell human waste. Facility was very clean. Food was the same as any hospital type of facility. For the weeks she was a patient, I visited her every day.
Faculty was very clean and organized. Staff very helpful especially the off nurse and the same nurse coming on. She was very helpful I worked the nightshift. I would definitely go back.
