Very nice people who provide care. However, the building could use a makeover. Due to lack of staff, no one at reception. Is the restaurant closed? Colors must be used in the treatment department. In order to create recognition for the patients. TV was left without a remote control for the entire treatment period. Would be arranged! No stool available to provide support to the lower legs when sitting. No reading light. No nice paintings. Boring.impersonal. So... good care and that's what it's all about, but with a little it could be much more pleasant. Outside with a cup of coffee with your visitors would be nice.

Silverein de Biltse Hof. This rehabilitation center for the elderly is located on the grounds of Berg en Bosch, once a center for TB care. De Biltse Hof is one of the 34 buildings that has retained a care function. Possibly, built at a later stage and located at the end of the site with beautiful walking opportunities, the interior fulfills the function very well for the geriatric elderly with low complex care. You have access to a spacious room with a bed and sitting area. The bathroom and toilet are in the hallway, which is sometimes difficult in the event of a personal emergency at night. In the center there is a cozy and spacious sitting/meeting room full of daylight. Unfortunately, a lack of staff forced the closure of the restaurant and on-call service. You can now get (good) coffee and tea yourself from a vending machine. Dining with the family unfortunately was cancelled. A notice indicates that a possible continuation of the restoration facility is under consideration; a voluntary approach will certainly be open to discussion and is already being shaped by partially recovered patients.
Too bad you can only get tea or coffee in the canteen/restaurant and that was not when we were there. There were 2 men working on it, but unfortunately. Then maybe they can get a pot from upstairs. Idea?
Beautiful house ... a pity that no restaurant is dated, especially because it is in the middle of the forest
We have very different and above all very positive experiences with the Biltse Hof. The staff makes every effort to ensure residents have a good time. Good care with personal attention. They have done everything they can to make our parents' stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
