We are so grateful for the care that Silvercrest gave my Dad while he recovered his strength. The facility is only 5 years old, has a wonderful open concept common area with a large great room/dining room with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN ATROCITY. The food that is served does not meet the standards nor the diet for the residents. The staff is very disrespectful, non communicative and horrible examples of leadership. I highly recommend NOT to work here and NOT to bring your relatives to this facility. There’s a lady there with no bag attached to her stomach for her waste to drop in. They have a diaper on it. If anyone knows how to get in touch with state, please do.
The Director and Staff have done an excellent job in getting my father settled into his new home. The previous facility did not care about their residents, as the conditions were poor and the staff was not interested in doing their job. Silvercrest has been a Blessing for us and my father's health has improved immensely! I want to thank Mrs. Pamela and her staff for making all the difference! The only regret I have is not moving here sooner!
After a bad experience at a previous facility, Silvercrest was recommended to my family for my mother. The change in my mother in a very short time has been phenomenal. The loving and personal care from each caregiver, med tech and nurse is what we all wish for our loved ones. Besides the wonderful care, the facility is bright, cheery and has a very comfortable home feel including delicious meals thoughtfully prepared by Chef Xavier. My family will forever be thankful for the love & compassion shown by Angie & Felicia.
I recently moved my father into Silvercrest from another facility and am so happy I did. Angie went over and beyond in helping me get my dad moved. In just a few weeks I have seen a great change in him and his personal care. This facility adds so many personal touches for each resident and truly care about them. My dad isn't stuck in a filthy room just wasting away the staff includes him and knows what he likes and doesn't like. I am so grateful for all the staff and thank them so much.
