It’s been about one year since I moved my mom to Silverado. My cousin and I visited 7 Memory Cares in Las Vegas. Full transparency, my mom can be “difficult”. I love her but the truth is the truth and very important. As soon as we walked into Silverado we knew. The transition was rough to say least. The leadership and staff knew exactly how to handle our situation. Fast forward to yesterday. My mom said, “I think I’ll move here”. Thank you Silverado for the peace of mind you give us all!
I have volunteered at care facilities most of my life. I have never experienced a place as amazing as Silverado Red Rock Memory Care. I am there almost every day of week visiting. It feels like home! Every member of the staff is amazing. It is a secure facility but does not feel like that. The secured front door opens right into the reception area which is open to the residents. There are activities every day and live entertainment frequently. Cloth table cloths, cloth napkins, glass stemware, and fresh flowers adorn all tables in the dining rooms. Pets are welcome and roam freely in the facility. There are birds in cages and bunnies in hutches. I highly recommend this facility!!!
Silverado Red Rock Memory Care Center is a fantastic facility. They focus only on memory care and unlike other places that include this in their lists of service offered, Silverado is dedicated to memory care ONLY. Don't be too discouraged by their cost. They are like an all-inclusive resort and worth every penny! Silverado is small and everyone gets to know and care about the residents. What you are introduced to on the initial tour is exactly what you and your loved on will receive and in many cases more. Silverado exceeded our expectations more than once. We looked around a lot and actually had our mom in another facility. Once we found Silverado, we moved her and couldn't be happier. As a testimonial, if I ever need memory care services myself... I hope my family lets Silverado become my forever home.
I've visited so many Assisted living facilities in Las Vegas. By far Silverado is th best. From the moment you walk in the doors you feel the love and care this place gives it's residents. I love the fact residents can have their animals with them, so important.
