What stood out the most about silver stream was their lovely CTOA Carla Rake, her genuine concern for the well-being of their patients was absolutely amazing. She took the time to build strong relationships, actively listen to concerns and provided encouragement, which makes a significant difference in the recovery process. Carlas ability to create a positive and supportive environment fostered trust and motivation among all patients I could tell. Overall, I can't recommend this COTA and rehabilitation center enough! Her hard work, caring nature, and commitment to excellence makes her a true asset to the healthcare team. They get five stars from me for Carla’s amazing service!!

Zahima and Whitdney are an awesome nurse sto work with. They cares about the residents and so helpful on the floor, always willing to help the CNA's. It's always a pleasure working with them. Malika the first floor CNA is always willing to help out. My first time working with her I was unsure of my assignment she was helped with no problem.
I have been a resident here for about 3 months. I had difficulty adjusting to the enviornment when I arrived as I came from another Nursing Facility I was a resident at for two & half yrs. I've come to realize the staff here, Espesially the Administrator, Nursing Staff, social worker, are here to Help me, and have been there for my every need. The Food is'nt five star , but most days is good. The rest of the staff including the Nurse's Aid's are always Helpful. I'd like more smoking breaks, and an open Bar, but I'll survive. (LOL). Silver Stream Nursing and Rehab Center has an excellent therapy team. I especially appreciate the weekend therapy! Carla Rake from occupational therapy makes that even better with her genuine compassion and kindness for others and their families. Thank you for all that you do!
Carla Rake is the most kind and nurturing nurse. She takes time with her patience and makes them feel like they are the only people on her agenda. She is personable and makes a difficult time a little brighter. Thank you, Nurse Carla!
