Our loved one has been living here for just over 6 months. Though it was quite a big change for him, as for anyone, he has adjusted quite well. The staff are wonderful and whenever we have questions or minor issues with anything, they are very communicative, kind and polite. The environment is clean and pleasant. After viewing several assisted living facilities, We are happy that we chose Silver Springs. I now have a long time friend in memory care there. The staff treats her very well. Time and time again, I witness the compassion and kindness from the staff. Thank you for all that you do!

My mother visited Brandywine Living at Senior Suites for a month and did not want to leave. She has many wonderful people around her who have helped her to wake up and smile again! She always has something to do. I am very pleased with Brandywine Living at Senior Suites. (2024)
I wanted to rate this place a zero but there is no option for that. This is a horrible place to send your loved ones. First and foremost the turnover is ridiculous, and every time a new staff member or management came on bored there was no communication. Our loved one had simple dietary needs that could not be followed, which if not followed became a choking hazard for our family member. When we asked why this was not being communicated to new staff they acted like we were inconveniencing them. While there were a few staff that were great, most -specially management and the director in particular- didn't care about any concerns we brought up to them. Once my family member was put in hospice they basically washed their hands of them. Nobody would check on them and they didn't listen to what hospice said to do for them. The staff members that they had that did their jobs you would see them once or twice and then they would be gone. You could tell even the staff were frustrated with management being called in different directions. I would like to try to find some positives for this place but unfortunately there are none that come to mind.
My husband's aunt has been living at Brandywine since 2020. They definitely treat her like family and our family has been so happy that she is in a place where we know she receives excellent care and attention. They have gone over and above what I expected from Assisted Living and I would recommend Brandywine to anyone for the care of their loved ones.
I've lived here for 2 plus years. I came here with a little trepidation but quickly that wore off. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and catered to my residential needs. I've met some really nice people here with lvarious backgrounds. Very eclectic population here. My medications are taken care of, my suite is lovely and spacious, as housekeeping makes sure everything is clean and neat. We have many different activities in which to participate. Today they took a casino trip. The residential chiefs of staff have taken a great interest in my abilities and participation within the confines of our community. Love them all. Come visit brandywine for a visit. I would be glad to communicate with you in person. Bless to all and peace be with you. DENNIS WEINER
