The young lady in the office name is Lucy was extremely knowledgeable About these apartments and about the qualifications needed to apply. After moving in I found the maintenance department also very helpful In getting my apartment ready to be occupied. Eugene the maintenance supervisor has assisted me several times and is constantly walking the property making sure everyone is cared for and safe. The lady I talked to was really friendly an helpful. The place was nice an clean..I checked on it 2013. Again in 2016. Now in 2019 I am now on the waiting list. The waiting list is 2 years or longer. They need more Senior Citizens apts in Forney.
Silver Spring Senior Living is a Great community for senior Citizens age 55 and Better. Silver Spring also participates with a program for Lower income housing.
