My mom, Mary, went to Silver Ridge. She liked being there, it was clean and she was well looked after. There was one nighttime aide that Mom was afraid of as the woman made her feel she was an inconvenience. Mom complained and the aide was moved to another hall. It is clean and the staff is mostly very friendly. That part I give Silver Ridge 5 stars. However, Mom went on Hospice and they care to the facility and they were awesome. The billing is the problem. When Hospice took over her care, Mom became a private pay patient as her Medicare then paid for Hospice. I paid $9,000 for the remainder of April, Mom passed on April 17th. I am due a refund of $5,200. The woman in billing said it would be a couple of weeks and I would get a check. It is now June 10th and still no check. I've called billing and she said she didn't know why there is a holdup. When Silver Ridge wanted their money right away but wait almost two months for the refund, that is unacceptable to me.

My dad entered into silver ridge Care facility. Wow what an amazing place. My dad was treated with respect. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. My dad was kept clean. His room was very clean. He enjoyed the meals and snacks. He was peeked in on every 15 minutes. No waiting when you push the call button. The staff that works here are amazing and caring people. I can't thank them enough for what a wonderful time for my dad's final stay was made so comfortable. I rate this place is a five star. I would have given more stars if available. 🥰
woman i loved rather die than be in there. the last revied i read on here have a bunch of stars but if i could give this place less stars I would. We had the worst horrible experience there with one woman working in particular ib 100 section. my fiancee had to go there and we did go but there was no compassion and yelled at me for asking a question and they were supposed to have certain matress there and they refused. but when i brought my fiancee into the room she was crying in pain and the lady wouldbt come down to the room and when i walked up to her she yelling anyway i better stop, there is a lot to say but we ended up going back to the emergency and the lady even said you cant get a ambulance by calling 911 but we did and went back to the er and when my fiancee had a chance to go back to silverridge she wad scared that they would hurt her so much so that instead of going there she went into hospice house. this story is very long and some people need fired there. they were horrible to me even and i wasnt even a patient. i was very nice and calm and it was horrible. my fiancee rather die than try and get help for her mobility, and she did. ( she had that choice because she doing dialisys) they dont even tend to patients in a timely matter is what i also noticed. I know there is one woman wprkimg there in particular needs to be gone and never work around patients again. sorry if it doesnt make since there is a lot more to it but it wasnt fun at all. the day after i posted this originally they harvested my number from internet and called but was in the bathroom then they were supposed to call at a certain time the next day and they didnt call. i found a partial recording of that day this happened too. why scrape my number from the internet and call the next dqy after this posted and never hear from them again? goes qlong with what im saying.
The hospital sent my wife there after her incident. I arrived before she did as she was being transported by one of the staff from the hospital. While waiting inside, I heard some of the female employees talking bad about a couple of residents. The smell of urine in the facility was overwhelming. While waiting for a nurse in the room they assigned, the bed sheets were so gross, multiple large stains on them. I then advised a worker that I was not leaving my wife at this facility and left before check in.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff . Always willing to help . The care that my daughter received while in this facility has been top notch. All the nurses and other staff were always willing to help and be accommodating to my daughters needs. Her room was always clean and personal needs were always dealt with in a timely manner.
