Very caring facility, my mom was there for three weeks and she was well taken care of. She had an emergency and had to be transported to a hospital, the nurse called me and I missed the call and they made sure to reach out to me 15 minutes later (they were having to perform cpr till the ambulance got there). Everyone was wonderful that was involved with my mom's care. The only concern I had was when I called back the person that answered the phone was not very professional and yawned on the phone when I told her I had a missed call that my mom had an emergency she then transferred me to my moms floor. Overall great facility.

My grandpa has been there for a couple years and just had a fall so he went to the other side and it's been so cool to see his friends come visit. The head nurse is awesome and even gave us her personal cell so we could check on him. Amanda is who I usually called and has been amazing through this whole process. Could not recommend more
Do NOT send your loved ones here for rehabilitation services!! The hospitality is non-existent and the “nurses” do not take care of those in their care. Our grandmother did not get a shower for 21 days of being in this facility and when told to shower her, they told us “she didn’t want one.” We visited regularly and they were terrible to her when we were there so I can’t imagine what they are like with residents when family is not present. They would give attitude when asked to change her, we would push the assistance button and they would not come for 40 minutes AT LEAST before we would have to go find someone. She was unable to feed herself and upon telling them this information we would find she was not eating because they “didn’t want to feed her.” The ONLY compassionate person we came across was Crissy, the Case Worker. She was amazing and really expresses her care for residents. If you want your family to be well taken care of, an attentive staff, and to have the comfort of leaving do NOT send anyone here.
Signature Point delivered exceptional care to my mother during a very difficult time in her life. 90% of the staff were amazing, so much so, that my mom bought gifts for some of them before she was discharged. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.
My mom was recently admitted to Signature Pointe for rehab. I really want to thank the staff for taking such good care of my mom. I really feel like they cared for her and my family. The therapy was fantastic and she reco ered so quickly. Thanks to everyone for all the help! Highly recommend
