The staff at Carson Tahoe Expressions Memory Care are absolutely wonderful! Our mom was shown love and respect, even though she was a difficult person and at times very disrespectful to the staff..I would be embarrassed and apologize for mom's behavior and the staff would just smile and assure me "Hey that's what we do..no worries" The staff hugs the residents, reassures them, says "I love you"..all the while taking care of the family too. The first time we looked at CT Expressions we arrived not having an appt and Leanne, wonderful caregiver, showed us around and answered all our questions. After mom became a resident, the staff won her over. I cannot speak more highly of them all!!

The transition from home to CT Transitional Rehab, and finally to CT Expressions Memory Care was an efficient, professional and gentle process. At all stages from initial preview of their facility to leaving our loved one there for her first night we felt supported and confident we had acted in the best interests of our Mom, as the kindness and integrity of the staff earned our complete trust. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Their patience allowed us to handle all the many arrangements and move in easily, and we were blessed with the greatest gift in seeing our mom with a contented smile, and the promise of the quality of life she earned, and we had prayed for.
The care that has been shown to my mother at Expressions is exemplary. The proof of that care (as I witnessed) comes straight from my mother who, as she was placed in bed, reached her hand up and gently touched the nurse's cheek, then smiled and said, "thank you so much."
Old employee. Not a great establishment to be apart of nor would I ever put a family member in this facility. Co workers are amazing but when I reported elderly abuse instead of fixing issues management went about Firing the employees who reported the situation just to cover there buts really think about your family members being apart of a facility with multiple elderly abuse
I have learned so much from some wonderful PCAs med techs on how to do my job properly and owe what I know to them
