I recently entered this facility. Most of the staff is friendly and competent. However some put themselves above residents. When my needs are overlooked and I mention it, I get a snarky response and silly excuses. Imo staff should be able to think about more than one thing at a time.

Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehab is an exceptional facility . Clean and friendly. My recent experience was 5 star. My brother was admitted and every staff member from nursing, rehab, the kitchen and housekeeping went above and beyond the call of duty to make him and my family comfortable in his final days. The care my brother received was like no other. I would like to thank each and every staff member from every shift for your exceptional care and kindness. Making an extremely difficult situation easier for my family. I highly recommend Shrewsbury Nursing for the Rehab and care of you or your loved one. Jo Ann Brady/Lamarche family.
