I am so pleased with Shorepointe! The staff is wonderful! starting with Drew & Linda concierge. The nurses are caring Lise, Rochelle, Robin.Taurus, Tameika, to name a few have given me very good care! The aids Sharon, Jasmin, Virginia, Desmond and Genesis, The light goes on and they are there to help with anything that you need. I am very pleased to be at shore point rehab. I can't forget one person that helped me through the very beginning and that would be Jen the nurse supervisor very very kind woman and help me make it through this day. Thank you to all of you for your kindness. I truly appreciate you.

I am here for the rehabilitation which was excellent but not so much the food. The cleaning staff was good The people here were on top of their job. The customer service team was excellent with the concerns I had. The concierge goes above and beyond for their clients here. The nursing staff was excellent, except that the one time where my medication was delayed for 10 days, but other than that I had no complaints. I highly recommend this facility for all your rehabilitation needs.
This place exemplifies what is wrong with healthcare. 14 patients per nurse AND nursing assistant is completely absurd! This is why healthcare is failing and your loved ones are not getting the care they deserve… and they especially aren’t going to get the proper care here. I don’t know a single place where healthcare isn’t broken, but this place? Oh it takes the cake! My grandfather came here from the hospital to get better but is getting worse due to failed care such as waiting to be cleaned for 5 hours, sitting in his urine and feces, causing him to get 2 more possible infections when he is getting over 2 infections, as is from the hospital. How can your loved one get better here in a facility where they are severely understaffed, but even majority of the staff here is not even up to par and can make sure each patient here gets cared for properly? How? I would like to know, and if anyone knows of a place that realistically will actually help my loved one get better and get back to where he was at baseline and healthy and happy, then, please let me know, because it’s definitely not going to happen here at Shorepointe. Please don’t make the mistake of bringing your loved one here to get “better,” because you will be disappointed and let down… as usual, because this is unfortunately, modern-day healthcare, where you feel helpless for your loved ones while the higher power is consumed with greed, money, and power… UPDATE: My grandfather is back in the hospital and is being admitted again due to neglect of care such as not receiving all of his Parkinson’s medication daily (he was to get it 4 times a day, but received the medication only 3 times his entire stay instead), lied about mild pneumonia when the pneumonia is worse than that status, AND might have another possible infection in his abdomen. REPEAT: Do NOT send your loved ones here and ignore the so called recent “positive” reviews… Thank you Shorepointe for helping my grandpa deteriorate and be in worse condition! You and your care rocks :)
Andrew and Rochelle are both amazing, my father was on the St. Clair side of the building and their service was impeccable. Any issues he had, he could always rely of them. Rochelle is very knowledgeable when it came to the nursing aspect and Andrew was diligent in his ability to help manage any situation and then his follow ups meant a lot. I really appreciate all the staff there at ShorePointe and I would highly recommend that you send your loved one there!!!
The treatment that I have received here is top notch The staff and the therapist are excellent. The sessions I receive are very productive. The last two rehabs I've been too are nothing compared to this facility. It's rare that you run into healthcare staff who has your best interest at heart when it comes to your care. They are true to their word and very dedicated here. No place is perfect but I would highly recommend this facility. Very satisfied. A++
