My mom is currently at Shore point after two strokes. The care is great! Very attentive nursing. Denise is amazing. She makes me feel like my mother is safe. The building is super clean. The food needs better quality. The personnel is attentive to my calls and needs for my mom. Everyone interacts with each other and they get the job done !

My husband has been resident since March diagnosed with dementia and no longer able to be at home. As a Long Term Care facility, he is able to receive 24/7 care. The staff are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They interact with all of the patients using their names and paying attention to them The facility is kept clean and organized. The only situation I have a concern with is that there is a constant turnover of personnel. Of course, this is a major issue in health care today and it all comes back to the bottom line and money. I feel the greatest resource any business can have is its personnel . People stay where they are treated fairly and respected. Caregivers are so important and need to make a living wage in line with their responsibilities- that of caring for those that cannot care for themselves.
Shore Pointe Care Center exceeded our expectations when my grandmother stayed there. The staff was absolutely amazing kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and cared for. From the nurses to the aides, everyone treated her with respect and compassion, which meant the world to our family. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a warm atmosphere. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care she received and highly recommend Shore Pointe to anyone seeking a top notch care center.
Shore Point Care Center is a shining example of what exceptional care looks like. My mother has lived here for a year, and the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to provide outstanding support. This subacute rehab center fosters stability, independence, and, most importantly, joy for our elderly loved ones who are often overlooked. Nursing homes are frequently portrayed as unpleasant places for our seniors, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I hope my review helps change that narrative and highlights the compassionate, quality care offered at Shore Point Care Center.
Good place. Staff are great enteracting with the patients. My sister is content there and loves the activities. Need more phone coverage. When receptionist is out for lunch, no one answers the phone.
