Regular exercise is single most determinant for preventing disability, falls and extending satisfying life. Great concept, good effort. Worth checking out for Retirees from SE Asia.

Claustrophobia!! Yesterday I visited this place near Orlando FL. I have spoken with one resident so this review is solely based on the looks and an interaction with one resident. The row houses are so tiny and the road between the houses is so narrow that barely one car can go through. The row houses are very tiny. It feels so claustrophobic. The person I spoke with mentioned the condo for 1200 sq feet is about 250k. really!!. They have a so called community hall which is like a canteen. They serve only vegetarian Indian food which you can buy if you are a resident, so that is not bad at all. I like the concept of like minded people coming together at retirement, but this idea could have done so much better. I heard approx 50% current resident are from Gujarat. They used the famous name like 'Shanthiniketan' and made that place look like a 'galli' in some old Indian city rather than open space and lovely habitat. Personally I will not endorse this place. Nothing against the people living there. This is my personal impression. Goof luck,
Saw the video, it really answers most of the loaded questions in detail and clearly. Plan to visit next week. It really hits on head too regarding hassle of going to India, health care and India kind of weather in US.
