If I could give NEGATIVE I would. My dad went there for 2 weeks. First room was shared, roommate was extremely loud and my mom requested a room change. Second room was so disgusting my mom went to purchase cleaning products to clean the room. They gave my dad covid shots that were not approved by my mother. She is Proxy. He lost 28 pounds in 2 weeks. This place needs to be shut down. Do NOT bring your loved ones here. They are rude and disgusting.

Shady knolls was exceptional every one at the front desk was very helpful, my mother and brother had rehabbed there, the nurses especially Ilona went above and beyond to make my family members feel comfortable When my time comes I’m gonna ask my wife to send me to shady knoll if Ilona is still there!
My sister resides at Shady Knoll Health Center. I’m so thankful because she requires advanced and specialized care that I couldn’t give her. Their professional staff is comforting and somehow always ready to assist her with a smile. I am deeply indebted to them.
My mom has been in Shady Knoll for quite a few years now and they treat her great and they always tell me how great she is. We. Actually sat in on the morning prayer service today..
If I could give this place no stars I would. My grandmother checked herself out because the staff wouldn’t take her seriously when she stated she needed to go to the bathroom. So with saying that, she spoiled herself, not once, not twice but 3 times because the staff was not attending to her needs. This evening staff on 1/20 left my grandmother in her soiled pants from 630pm-1030pm. She now has sores and in pain from that. My grandmother also claims the bathrooms are disgusting and not clean, the blinds aren’t even cleaned. What kind of place is this? I’m still deciding whether to take legal actions at this point. My trust in our rehabilitation organizations is shattered.
