The residents enjoy a variety of activities and daily entertainment, and my Dad especially loves the dancing and music. The facility is clean, fresh, and feels like a well-maintained boutique hotel. I've had an amazing experience with Shadow Mountain Memory Care in Phoenix! The staff is incredibly compassionate and caring, and they truly go above and beyond for the residents. The activities program is outstanding – they offer live entertainment almost every day, keeping everyone engaged and active. Plus, the fun bus outings are a wonderful addition to the daily routine. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention at Shadow Mountain!

The staff is amazing the culture is one of care and love, each and every person I have encountered here excels in their position. From Caregivers to Administration to Food Service and everyone in between, these people are amazing. My Dad has never been happier and more important healthier than he has been in a long time. He is engaged in activities with encouragement from the team that are age and gender appropriate for his place in this journey. Shadow Mountain is always immaculate and maintained beautifully to create the inviting atmosphere that has allowed my Dad to thrive. Shadow Mountain supports the entire family with gatherings for family to share experiences. I encourage anyone to plan ahead for your loved one and visit Shadow Mountain today. SMMC has provided a comfortable home caring for the needs of my 97 year old father for the past 4 1/2 years. A pleasant facility, SM has a caring staff of administrators, nurses & caregivers with activities, talented entertainment and monthly Common Bond meetings providing support to families as well. Very grateful for the peace of mind on many levels!
We visited a number of memory care centers and Shadoe Mountain was by far the best. Great staff, great leadership, excellent food and wonderful activities not found at other places. Well worth the money!
