I loved visiting Serenity Towers on the St. John. There is such a powerful presence of togetherness, respect, love and caring in the atmosphere there. The property is immaculate. The staff are very welcoming, polite, respectful and an absolutely wonderful group of people!! The residents are more like family to one another, which is refreshing in itself. Management and staff work tirelessly to provide activities and functions for the residence to enjoy. In my opinion, it’s a great place to enjoy your senior years and never grow old!!

I moved to Serenity Towers this past January (2023) and I couldn’t be happier😊 The staff here are wonderful people that truly care about the residents/tenants!! The community is very special❤️ There is always something to do here at Serenity Towers😃 We have get togethers to celebrate the holidays as well as “Red Carpet” parties, Super Bowl parties, cupcake and tea parties etc…. Location location location is EVERYTHING and as we get older we need calm, peaceful and beautiful things in our lives…. Serenity Towers checks all of those areas and so much more🙏
Serenity Towers is an amazing place to live. Although I’m not a resident, I have visited and my stay was awesome. The staff and the residents there made me feel like family. They provide so many activities for residents to engage with and the staff goes over and beyond to foster a healthy community.
GREAT location! Within minutes of walking to everything downtown Sanford has to offer. Daily, Weekly and Monthly events at Serenity Towers create a wonderful sense of community. Sybil, our Property Manger is amazing and very genuine. Rest easy knowing you will have the most fantabulous staff around. Thank you for all for all you do 👍
The staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel safe here. Maintenance does a excellent job of caring for the building. I wish I could have moved here sooner but my timing was perfect!
