My Husband is dead because of the nurses and so called Dr's at Serenity, please please don't have your love one Go to this place, they don't feed them good, the Nurses are abusive to the people, they lie to you about the care of your love one they refuse to do things at your request, my nephew works there and he told me that the 2nd floor is the worst floor in that place, they be getting on them to go look after the patients, it's a nurse that would pluck my husband's ear to wake him up instead of calling his name or tapping him to wake him up, I was about to have him transferred to kennilworth but my husband had a heart attack and now he's DEAD SERENITY IS A DEATH TRAP
The process was seamless and pleasant. The whole sign in process took about 5 mins. Great!
Very nice,polite and friendly staff members in the entire building. The unit manager and staffs on the 3rd floor are exceptionally very good,nice and helpful during my encounter with them. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone for your love one.
