We moved in April and me and my husband are enjoying being here. It’s nice and quiet. Neighbor’s are friendly but they respect your space. I really love the two ladies in the office and they will go beyond to try to get anything fixed if it needs it. My one prayer was for a grill on the ground and they was able to get it approved and we got to cook out for the first time. These are one and two bedrooms apartment’s. Floor ground! Come by and check them out if you’re looking for a place. I give them a 5 star because it is.

I can’t say enough good things about Serenity at Easley. They truly care about all of their residents who live here and they do the little things to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The location is outstanding and it is quite affordable. The improvements they have made in the last year is really impressive, too, as you enter the main entrance. The entertainment area is also state of the art.
Absolutely love it! Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Everyone looks out for each other. So many furry friends too!!
Serenity at Easley buildings at old even a two bedroom apartment is not worth the rent I paid at $1314.00 a month. I renewed my lease in April because I had no other place to go right now but I will be looking for another place to live thank God. Serenity at Easley has nothing but old women that has lost their husbands and sold their homes because they couldn’t afford the upkeep of their homes. Plus there is no kitchen counter tops in the two bedroom apartment, no place to prepare you meals, no dining room, living room is to small for any body to live in. The bathroom is not set up for a disabled person and no cabinets in bathroom, the bathroom tub is a small fiberglass with a cut away in the tub wall so you can’t take a bath if you wanted to and you have to fight the shower curtain when taking a shower very frustrating. I personally don’t like it here I was talked into it by my home health aide. I will not be renewing lease again.
I have recently moved into a 1-bedroom unit at Serenity at Easley apartments. The unit is newly renovated, with new appliances in the kitchen. It’s neat, compact and flows with the design of the building where everything is exactly where you need it to be. The price at first, shocked me until I was told that it included the utilities; lights and water, trash pickup and maintenance. You pay one price and it covers all these services. And then there is the management. They work hard to keep the people happy with gatherings nearly every week. The gatherings are fun and filled with activities. Overall, I really love it here and I highly recommend it to anyone aged 55 or over.
