An exceptionally good and clean residence. The staff are very friendly and put the residents first. Everything is very clean, and the food seems to be delicious. The management is approachable and takes time to listen to all suggestions.
My mother has often been to Sen Vital for short-term care. She was always warmly welcomed and cared for professionally. A very nice large house in a great location. The ladies at reception are always friendly. The friendly senior staff is always open to concerns and problems and always strives to find a quick, uncomplicated solution. I would like to say thank you very much to Ms Bucksteeg and Ms Bremhorst. Thanks also to the great staff on station 1, everyone was very friendly, kind and competent. So for me this great facility is absolutely recommended. 👍👍👍
I would like to recommend Haus SenVital in Ruhpolding. My aunt has been a guest there for some time and feels very well cared for. This statement is consistent with my experience. Not only does the home have a contemporary ambiance that doesn't immediately make me feel like I'm in a "retirement home," but other, perhaps more important, factors also impress me. My aunt reports that the staff, right up to the management level, are always friendly. They always have an open and caring ear for her and the other residents. I can confirm this statement, as I personally spoke with the head of nursing and the residence manager. Both seemed extremely competent and addressed my concerns very professionally, to my aunt's satisfaction. The staff as a whole always seems friendly and accommodating. The nursing staff recognizes my aunt's needs competently and very well. My aunt also likes the other services offered by the social services. She also praises the cuisine and the menu. She feels perfectly integrated into the residence and is always happy to introduce me to the staff, whom I already know, as well as her fellow residents. It's a home where, let's say, I would feel well cared for, in due course.
If you believe the few reports in the media and newspapers, there are only reception centers for the elderly in Germany where they are managed with a minimum of effort until the end of their life. Has anyone ever heard or read positive things about geriatric care in Germany? The job of geriatric nurse is certainly not an easy one, but we all chose it voluntarily and practice it out of conviction. We all do this because we enjoy looking after older people and enabling them to have a happy retirement. Growing old is not just gray and black, but also colorful and happy. I have only been working at the SenVital senior citizen and care center in Ruhpolding for a few months and have never felt so comfortable in a facility. I have an excellent residence management and an absolutely competent nursing service management. Colleagues who support the philosophy of the company 100% and we all practice our jobs every day with joy and a sense of duty. We would like to invite everyone to get a personal impression of our facility or to visit us on an open day. We look forward to seeing you and your relatives!
