I can't say enough good things about the experience Robert and I had with Seniors Prefer Homecare. They really came to my aid when I needed it most! Their prompt response from the minute I called them was amazing and they were able to staff my needs with absolutely no problem. The caregivers were timely, kind and respectful to our issues. We worked with Chris Killian to set up sitters for my mom. It was last minute and we needed some flexible days. Chris worked his magic and had all of the shifts covered. Also, one time my mom was having a meltdown because of her dementia and the sweet manager (wish I could remember her name) came over during her off time to work through it with mom and got her redirected and comfortable again. We appreciate the time and effort put in to caring for our sweet mom.
I could not have ask for a better company. From the owner, to the manager, and to those wonderful caregivers. They truly care about their people. Went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Would definitely recommend them.
Our caregiver was an absolute angel! Sweet, kind and extremely patient. This has been a wonderful experience and we know our dad is in good hands. A tremendous stress relief!
