My partner has been here for 2.5 years, two of those years in Residential Area 2, and we've only had experiences with the regular staff. The regular nursing staff gives 200% to their care; they give her the very best. The care team is also great, and what they do with the residents isn't like that in every home. The head nurse is always willing to listen to any disagreements and will address them immediately.
If residents are provided with only moderate pocket money and you then charge a whopping €4.50 for a bottle of cola (1 liter), then that is definitely worth 0 stars for a perfect rip-off service.
