A place was available within a very short time, which took a huge amount of pressure off us. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and dedicated team, who work not only professionally but also with a lot of heart. Our mother felt at home from the very first moment – the well-maintained, clean environment and the friendly atmosphere certainly contributed to this. Unfortunately I have to subsequently correct my negative rating. After almost 4 months, the final settlement and reimbursement of unused pocket money and personal contributions have still not been made. Despite repeated reminders and corresponding promises. Very annoying and annoying, especially since the AGO's accounting department has always worked very quickly when it comes to invoices in their favor. A big compliment and heartfelt thank you for the loving and professional care of our mother until her death. Everyone was very friendly, competent and approachable. Communication with relatives worked exemplary. The house and rooms are bright, modern and clean. We are glad we got a place there.
I received a call from Argo telling me to delete my entry... I'm happy to correct it, but I won't delete it. I'm glad my father was only with you for short-term care... I'd better not say more.
I was looking for an emergency care facility for my uncle because the nursing home where he was staying was due to close within 4 weeks. The AGO Schmitten team was very courteous and helpful and even took care of the move and everything else in consultation with the previous facility. The staff is very friendly and makes a competent impression, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the location of the house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. All I can say is THANK YOU for the help!
The care my mother received in the AGO Schmitten retirement home was always characterized by care, professionalism and helpfulness. She was cared for in an exemplary manner, especially in the last few weeks of her life. We are extremely grateful to the entire AGO team for this.
