Good nursing home and nice staff who try to make everything possible and provide the old people with good care as best they can. My grandmother was there and felt like she was in good hands. The care, especially during the last difficult time, was very loving and respectful. When she fell asleep, she was given a very dignified farewell. Of course, the lack of staff is also noticeable in this facility, but the employees can't do anything about it. They really do their best. The garden is laid out very much like a park and we enjoyed going for walks there with our grandma.

I'm soooooo happy that we found places in the Waldschlösschen super quickly for both my mother and our father!!! A really great team and a very human facility! Important to know: “Only” people work in the Waldschlösschen! And with staffing that is certainly comfortable compared to other care facilities, but still not extensive. We simply don't allow ourselves to pay enough for care! I'm really glad that before we moved, I asked our mother what wasn't going so well there and was being criticized more often: clothes were swapped among the residents more often and you can't expect the residents to always walk around in tip-top clean clothes. But I think it's understandable, especially in the dementia ward. However, if you say that you want to take your mother for coffee or to visit the authorities, she is always well dressed and ready to be picked up at the agreed time! :) If you don't want to or can't look after your loved ones at home, you'll most likely find great support in the Waldschlösschen!
So...now I have to express my joy here too. I was able to accommodate my father in this great, warm, family residence. I'm totally happy with everything. All employees are nice and always courteous. This residence is run with the heart. All questions are answered patiently. Thank you that I can know my dad in such good surroundings. Dearest greetings G.PETERSEN
I would like to share my thanks for the tireless work and care of our loved ones. There is no question that this is not easy given the many restrictions such as Corona and co. The visit concept also lasted a long time... other facilities had to be quarantined weeks ago. I am even more grateful and reassured. Our mother is fine and that's what it's all about. The employees are simply great and patient despite the current situation. Many thanks to the entire team. MG
Great and family residence for seniors. Very nice nursing staff and really nice rooms. Everything was very well maintained and tip top. The surrounding nature is also simply beautiful and invites you to take a walk. Deserves the full number of stars!!!
