Nice staff and good care. The location of the complex is beautiful and well maintained. The prices for care are affordable and reasonable compared to other (comparable) facilities in the area. A lot of employees who do their job every day with a lot of dedication and heart. We can only recommend the Walther Rittmann Haus! Our relative has been in care there for several years.

My 91-year-old grandmother has been living at SR Bergdorf for eight months. The home is bright and welcoming. The room can be decorated according to your wishes. The entire staff, from the management and administration to the nursing staff, is very friendly. They take good care of my grandmother and are always willing to listen to us. According to Grandma, the food tastes great. She's suddenly eating again... even though she had no appetite at home and refused everything. Activities (singing, painting, etc.) are constantly being offered, which my grandmother enjoys participating in. She wasn't interested in anything at home, and I have the impression that these activities are very beneficial for her. The home isn't too big and has a beautiful garden. It has a pleasant, informal atmosphere, and I feel comfortable when my grandmother visits. So far, we've been very satisfied.
The SR Bergdorf retirement home Büchenbronn is a reliable nursing home in terms of facilities, the home management is very reliable, helpful and always has an open ear for everyone. For example, short-term care or long-term care as well as the administration and the nursing staff or carers are always reliable, helpful and try to have a good heart and an open ear for everyone☺️ the carers are always talked about everything with a big heart and mind by the Pdl and home management and always find a solution together 👍 I can only recommend the home and therefore also all people, most of the comments that were written negatively are mostly from former employees who had to leave the home.👌 This means that everyone should form their own opinion about the SR Bergdorf retirement home Büchenbronn and not listen to or read the comments from others, a very nice home can only be recommended 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
