We are extremely satisfied with this nursing home, the grandma is looked after and cared for lovingly and, above all, humanely. The staff are always friendly and courteous, never annoyed or rude, which is really something special these days. The house is always clean and decorated with a lot of heart. Grandma and we especially like the animals. The best decision ever for us.
For us it was the right choice. In an absolutely emergency situation, we found understanding reception within less than a week. Many thanks to the entire nursing home staff for their loving care.
Despite many customers and obvious stress, I have received really good advice twice so far. My last request was banal, but the lady gave me the answer I wanted. 👍
Only had bad experiences until the last visit. I would never put my parents or grandparents there. Smell unpleasant in the entrance area. The stairwell is stuffy because there are no windows. Narrow corridors and hardly any windows. Room dark. It is not recommended.
