My father, who unfortunately passed away, felt very at home there thanks to the loving care of the nursing staff, but there is still a lot that is wrong there and definitely needs to be improved!!! A home to be recommended. My mother-in-law was looked after by a very friendly and lovely team and all of our questions were answered. Her final journey was made with great love and dignity. We would like to thank the Rosengarten team for this.
The condition in the house is catastrophic. Given the investment costs that are calculated, it should at least be possible to install suitable windows and not simply screw on an unsuitable one... Staff changes constantly, some make an effort, but the way they deal with people often leaves a lot to be desired.
