The staff's demonstrative care really reassured me during the difficult decision-making phase. Her efforts to provide both physical and emotional support were sincere and calmed my original fears. They manage to create a very familiar atmosphere in which you simply fit in right from the start. Smiling faces, loving words and motivated employees welcome you every time you visit.
Communication with relatives is also absolutely fantastic. We are always contacted immediately if there is anything relevant to discuss. It is really a great relief to know that I can rely on the staff in this nursing home, be it for medical, nursing or even everyday needs.
We would like to thank the Elbflorenz nursing home in Dresden from the bottom of our hearts. The employees looked after our stepfather and husband Dieter lovingly and with great empathy. The care was always dignified and professional, and saying goodbye was made much easier by the sensitive support. We can recommend the nursing home without reservation. The Elbflorenz retirement home offers good basic care for our grandma. The staff is friendly and eager to support residents. The rooms are clean and tidy. However, sometimes I miss a little more variety in my daily routine. It would be nice if there were more frequent events or activities that encourage residents to interact with each other
