"We all grow old and would like to be able to live like that." I often hear this from the team at this company when I once again express my appreciation for the extraordinarily good work. This attitude is lived in this retirement home. Even the first contacts with the nursing service manager and management are reassuring. After all, it is a difficult decision to place a loved one in a home. In the meantime, when I visit my husband frequently, I see that he is not only cared for, but also patiently cared for. I see that everyone's difficult but important work, right down to the preparation of meals, is done with love. The residents feel this, even if some of them can no longer express themselves. I especially notice this with my husband. I can't say THANK YOU enough to everyone who helped shape this house. The fact that the outdoor facilities are not yet finished seems almost irrelevant in view of the great human life inside. Big compliment!
I'm there every week for 2 hours to visit my loved ones. Staff is friendly. I've never had any negative experiences here. Rooms and living area are clean and well maintained. Everything is homely and comfortably furnished. The residents feel comfortable and, according to the residents, the food tastes good.... And very important..... It doesn't smell! Keep it up!
Clean rooms, friendly staff and always there when you need them. I haven't been here often (to visit my grandma), but I have the impression that the seniors are still cared for here with the appropriate respect and care. Respect - I couldn't do that. Therefore, a big thank you to the employees.
When you enter the senior residence for the first time, you immediately feel the very pleasant family atmosphere. The employees seem relaxed and smiling. The residents seem very happy. It can be stressful everywhere and there is a lack of staff in every facility... there are no exceptions. As far as hygiene is concerned, I can't understand the negative comments. I have never seen or experienced anything like that. You should form your own opinion and then judge. It's great that there are still such good senior citizen facilities that focus on people.
