Beim Seniorenhaus Kurler Busch herrscht eine schöne, helle und familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr nett und den Bewohnern und den Neuzugängen sehr zugewandt und freundlich . Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt . Da ich selbst Pflegekraft bin achte ich auf diese Punkte sehr stark und ich war in allen Punkten total begeistert . Es wäre wünschenswert wenn alle Heime so arbeiten würden . Auch die Verwaltung und PDL kümmern sich liebevoll um Anliegen und bieten starke Unterstützung bei allen Anliegen der Bewohner . I can only say positive things about the facility. The carers and social services work very lovingly towards the residents. In addition, the facility is very clean and beautifully decorated. Any questions will be answered in a friendly manner.
I can accept the negative reviews of the senior residence Kurler Busch cannot understand. My mother was admitted to the Kurler Busch retirement home for short-term care after suffering from severe pneumonia. Until then she lived alone in her apartment. After just a short stay she wanted me to give notice of her apartment and get her long-term care in Kurler Busch. There is so much on offer here for the residents that my mother has completely blossomed again. The entire nursing staff, social services, administration and home management are extremely friendly and very loving towards the residents. The care is excellent. I can judge this very well because my mother-in-law (96 years old) lives in another retirement home and is not well looked after here. Unfortunately, since she has severe dementia, moving is no longer an option. Our entire family would like to once again thank the entire staff at the Kurler Busch Senior Citizens' Home.
My sister-in-law has been living in the Kurler Busch retirement home since 2020. She was warmly welcomed there, has settled in well and feels comfortable. The friendly way in which the employees - from the administrative staff, to the nursing staff, the other staff and the facility management - treat both residents and relatives has contributed to this. Despite the general staff shortage and a certain level of fluctuation, good care, nursing and care for the residents is guaranteed. It is a good atmosphere, the employees are friendly, open, appreciative and reliable. The new facility management, who initiated numerous developments with their team, certainly contributed to this. There are numerous group offers as well as individual care for the residents.
The house is very inviting and cozy. The residents seem satisfied, and the social service and the ideas of the employees offer the residents a lot of activities. Anyone who knows what it's like in nursing also knows what a back-breaking job they do every day. And despite all this, it is cared for with joy and love for the residents. Everyone at Kurler Busch is great 🥰
