Very good nursing home, clean, nice staff.
The people there give their best every day. Whether it's the nursing staff, kitchen staff, janitors, or administrative staff, everyone is kind, friendly, and extremely competent! A very nice nursing assistant who cares deeply about the facility. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Apparently the staff is too slow in the evening or doesn't feel like taking care of their patients. Every night the seniors scream for hours as if they were being tortured or ignored if they had something. I'll go over there soon if it doesn't stop and scream like the seniors do. The seniors can't do anything about it but the staff can. Update 08/05/18 3:30 a.m. the pensioners across the street continue to scream and this time I saw that the staff was sitting comfortably on the balcony and smoking for hours and not only ignoring the pensioners, no, they were making fun of the complaining screams. During the day everything seems to be fine and at night when the relatives no longer come, other things seem to be happening. I've been watching the staff for an hour now. Nobody does anything about the screaming, they just laugh about it. No joke, just come by at night and see for yourself
Leave the residents to fend for themselves. Even patients who spit blood are fobbed off by simply rinsing their mouth
