Excellent care facility with loving care My 86-year-old mother has been at the Carpe Diem nursing home for two years now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care she receives there. The committed employees have proven to be extremely competent, friendly and helpful. Despite her growing needs, my mother is always cared for with respect and love. I would also like to highlight the excellent communication. My questions are always answered promptly and comprehensively, which gives me a great deal of reassurance as a relative abroad. Based on my positive experiences, I can fully recommend the Carpe Diem nursing home. It is a place where the individual needs of residents are the focus.
Fortunately, my father was able to be offered an inpatient care place at CarpeDiem Neukirchen-Vluyn at short notice this year. We haven't regretted this decision for a minute. The rooms are bright and large, the bathroom has a shower and its own toilet. Modern and perfectly maintained. The best thing about this senior park, however, is the employees. You have all, without exception, supported us to the best of your ability right from the start. We listened patiently to our many questions and requests and implemented everything imaginable perfectly. We were always able to fully observe my father's loving and expert care. Every employee made him and us feel warmly welcome here. This is so important because the residents have to leave their old, beloved environment and reorient themselves again in old age. Unfortunately, my father died in CarpeDiem after a relatively short time due to illness. The entire team from Ward 1 accompanied us at his bedside and gave us compassionate support until our last breath. For this we would like to say thank you very much again and again. We were all deeply moved that even some of the nursing staff attended his funeral. That's certainly not common these days. Our conclusion is that we can unreservedly recommend the CarpeDiem seniors' park in Neukirchen-Vluyn with all of its employees, from the administration to the nursing team Thanks so much
My dear grandpa was in inpatient care at WB1 for less than a year! We as a family cannot find words for this warmth, the absolute humanity, honesty, affection and love that goes from the nursing staff to both the residents and their relatives! 🥺❤️ A lot of time was taken and a lot of effort was put into it at all times! The nursing work was ALWAYS 100% top! However, I would especially like to thank Franzi E. and Janine U. from WB 1 for everything! ❤️😘 Without people like you, people in need of care would be very poor!
From September 2021 to March 2024, my mother Cäcilie Forysch was housed in full inpatient care with care level 5 at the Carpe Diem seniors' park in Neukirchen-Vluyn in living area 1. Mutual communication with the entire WB1 nursing team was maintained at all times. We were always informed promptly and directly about relevant circumstances. The entire nursing team cared for my mother Cäcilie in a very caring, loving and professional manner. Once again a very special thanks to Beate, Franzi and Aishe.
