Decorative place for the holidays. I visit my aunt often here. Parking just SUCKS really bad that's about it!!
Ms. Taylor take great care of her residents and managed the property well. I noticed upon arriving everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the residents to the staff. I would recommend this independent living facility because the staff care about their residents and their wellbeing:)) I approve
After 1 month of dealing with the contact at this property, I am TOTALLY frustrated!!! My sister, my mother, and I have been trying to get my mother into a 1BR unit at this place for the past month. The contact - Portia Armstrong - has been elusive. She doesn't return calls and doesn't follow-up. Nor does anyone else at the property/community. We are reconsidering our decision on this place and looking for other options.
The place is never cleaned and smells like hot garbage! The cleaning lady has a bad attitude and she obviously is not cleaning anything! Would not recommend.
