Senior Solutions was a great resource in helping us find a good living situation for my dad who has Parkinson’s. Chanse was so friendly from the first time I spoke with him. He really tried to understand what my dad needed and wanted out of an assisted living facility. He was very knowledgeable and helped us know what to do and where to go. He has a good rapport with the people working at the facilities we looked at. I trusted in his ability to help my dad find the best place for him. He was always willing to help in any way he could during the whole process, even helping us move my dad in. Chanse is so kind, friendly, and helpful and he made our experience so much easier.

Being located out of state and looking for help in placing my sister, we happened to run into Chanse of Senior Solutions. We could not have been happier with the result. He was very proactive during the process and was a great advocate for my sister. He went well beyond our expectations to make the placement happen helping with both the placement and arranging the move from her previous facility. You are in great hands with Senior Solutions.
Chanse Powell has been incredibly helpful finding caregiver and health care solutions for our father. Chanse lined up a diverse set of potential providers, guided us through the selection process, then helped make things happen quickly. Within days, we had the necessary help. We connected with Chanse months ago to visit a potential assisted living facility, but that was a non-starter for dad. When we made our recent follow up call - he was all-over finding a solution.
Due to an urgent situation with my dad, we had to get my parents into an AL facility asap! I left a message for Chanse on Saturday morning, not expecting a return call from him until Monday. To my surprise, he called me back Sunday morning! This entire process was a new experience for my family, so we had a LOT of questions! Chanse took the time to thoroughly answer each one of them for us. It is now just 3 days later, and we have just placed my parents into an AL facility. The most important point here is that Chanse gave generously of his time and knowledge, even KNOWING that he would not get paid (due to an online search that unintentionally led us to another placement agency, that agency will get credit for the referral, and Chanse will not get paid)!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chanse. If we ever have need for more senior services for my parents, we will definitely contact him again. I would HIGHLY recommend Senior Solutions!

He is an extremely proficient, knowledgeable and was a trusted professional throughout the entire 2 week process. Chanse has an extremely reassuring manner guiding us calming through the necessary steps for admitting our senior to an assisted living center. He also took the time to get to know the senior and the families concerns. He provided and delivered several furniture items for the senior’s room assisting with the move in. We highly recommend his services.
