Disorganized is an understatement. Please do not come to this facility. You’ve been warned. I’ve been treating at this facility since 08/2023. I tried to see my patient at this facility, and was refused at the door. I was threatened by the administrator Marisol and owner Alex. They said I have never been here before and do not have permission to see the patient. They said they would report me and they were aggressive: taking pictures of my badge, ushering me out, telling me how I should be billing upon meeting me etc. Mind you, I was hired privately. This facility did not know I’ve been coming for 1.5 years and have seen several patients here. To speak with such certainty and such wrath for being a facility that focuses on patient care was concerning. How much fraud has occurred here for them to accuse random people of it? Marisol apologized, but the owner, Alex was outright rude and wrong It’s alarming that no one knew I have been coming for over a year, and no one was willing to check the log or reach out to family or the MD to help the patient avoid a cancellation fee. No empathy was given. I offered signed plan cares, documentation, my badge, everything I could to see the patient. Patient care is not of their upmost importance because this facility is not ACCOUNTABLE or KIND. Patients should never be deprived care and doctors and therapists deserve to be respected. An apology after a misunderstanding would have rectified the situation. The owner refused. The whole situation was just sad.

My brother Lenny is receiving amazing care at Senior Point Assisted Living. The staff is so caring, positive and professional. We have visited several times and the facility is always immaculately clean and he is bathed in clean clothes. We highly recommend Senior Point for their outstanding elder care.
My father lives here, and I visit him weekly. This facility is absolutely gorgeous, decorated for holidays, and smells lovely. The staff is so affectionate, always touching and caressing the residents. They dance with them too!!
I am updating my review…here is the past one: Took a tour today for my MIL. This facility is so clean and had many procedures in place to assure everyone’s safety. The staff all were very kind and so caring. It is reassuring to see this kind of option exists for a loved one. Present: it is even better, my FIL is now here. A younger, very professional and compassionate front office staff has emerged making the experience more streamlined and efficient without compromising the care; they are bi-lingual too. The staff on the second floor who took care of my MIL, and now my FIL has always been extraordinary!
Senior Point is great hands down! My mother has been there just a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it and we see a huge difference in her already. The care, food and rehab is 5 star. The staff is so friendly and professional and the residents are treated very well. My mom is always clean, well groomed and overall happy. They do not cut corners with this facility and it also is very very clean and always smells good. We would definitely recommend Senior Point.
