I'm pleased to share the very positive experience I've had with Lori @Senior Living Specialists Houston. From the very first conversation with Lori, she was truly helpful and in action immediately. I had less than 2 weeks to find a care home for an 83 yr old elder with Parkinson's and dementia and within 2 days I had appointments at 4 places, the next week got him moved into one that turned out to be great fit. The process was all new to me, I knew nothing and Lori did a great job at helping to educate me and alleviate some of the stress of moving an elder into a care home for the first time. She's stayed in touch to make sure all is going well nearly 5 months later. I wish more people operated like Lori in their business. Would highly recommend using her if you need help finding your loved ones a good, caring home.
