There are always going to be negative reviews in any business but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The office staff is always there when I call with a question unless they are showing an apartment. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe and clean place to live.

Took a tour for a loved one recently, and they are excellent! They answered all my questions, showed available floor plans, and the place is NICE. I think we found what we are looking for. What a blessing.
This place has everything you need. Starting with its location. Downtown Ogden has so much to explore, and historic 25th street is an easy walk. I love the fire pit area and the sense of community it helps foster. The floor plan is spacious and well thought. Also, the building materials and finish materials are HIGH quality. Highly recommend!!
Management is non existent, they don't help when you need them.. It's for seniors. They want to tow your car if you're in your parking spot than say they don't know anything about it. Garbage doesn't go out. Stinks in halls. Back door is broken for months. Elevator is always broken. If fire alarm goes off your trapped in or out... If power goes out your stuck out there and you can't get back in. Cause the gate doesn't work. Dog park is gravel. Tons more! Don't rent from here! 50$to use club house they say. But my key works. They try to hustle there tenants.
Trying to get into Senior Living on Washington in Utah. I completed everything but haven't heard anything yet. Doing the application process was simple because they helped complete forms. Floor plans are all nice looking. Good location to live. Just hoping I get an approval. Got accepted and living there. Love it. Feels like a lot more area than they say there is . Open plans, lots of natural light. Definitely a keeper ♥️
