Darla spent ample time with my mother and did so after hours, to gather information about my mother’s specific needs. She knows what services each senior living facility offers. This information allows her to narrow down a search based on what your family member needs and what they can afford. Darla arranged tours and interviews with the general managers of each facility. She helps with side-by-side comparisons to guide you through what can otherwise be a very, very stressful process. Darla saved us days, if not weeks of phone calls, on sight tours and interviews. She is also knowledgeable about Medicaid and other funding sources. We were able to reserve our time and energy to make sound decisions and facilitate a move into a safe, clean facility with caring staff. Darla is also connected to very caring and compassionate companies that were able to move my mother within one day. My mother was able to move into her new apartment within two weeks of working with Darla ! I just can’t thank her enough for what she has done for my mother.

Darla took time with us (several phone calls) to get to know our specific situation, even before we needed to find a new home for our loved one. She the. took time with us visiting different senior living communities to see if we find a good fit. I highly recommend contacting Senior Living Advisors, we tried this in the past without the support and help and it didn’t work out. Thank you so much!
Mario with Senior Living Advisors was fabulous in helping me find an placement for my mom after her existing facility decided they could no longer meet her needs. In addition to helping me find a good placement when her requirements made most facilities non-starters, he also provided invaluable suggestions of home care companies and movers to help me both get her discharged and moved in timely way (even in the middle of the holidays). I wish I had known about Mario and this service when I had to place my mom the first time. It is so stressful and having someone who actually knows the different facilities, what they services they offer, their relative costs, and what conditions they won't accept would have been so helpful. It is also invaluable to have outside perspective in the midst of making what can be very emotional decisions for your parent.
From the moment we started talking with Mauro we knew he was very interested in helping us through the process of finding living conditions for our son. He is so straight forward and answers all our questions. He gathered information from us on our sons health, went to visit him personally and gave very good feedback. He assured us he could find a place for our son and he'd receive the care he needed. He was always available to answer our many questions, including weekends. He provided additional contacts for other areas of help we needed advise on. Mauro is the absolute best to help families when everything is so confusing. I can not begin to describe how cared for I felt while I was going through the process of trying to find an assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. The representative who helped me was David and talking to him was like talking to your best friend. His authenticity put me at ease right away. His empathy showed such a great understanding of everything I was dealing with in that moment. As I went through the process, he actively listened to all my concerns and questions and was able to connect me to all the right people that made this transition so much easier. He was literally a treasure trove of resources. Not only was he very patient and helpful as I stumbled through the ins and outs of moving my mother-in-law out of her home and into the assisted living, he was a special comforting friend. There are not enough words or ways to say thank you for how special and important I felt in the moment I needed it most. My mother-in-law is now receiving amazing care and I feel she is safe and loved.
